Love Shaker 03:57
You had the perfect combination, You had the looks and style. But you were marry so contrary. You blew it all sky high. Didn't do well, didn't do well, Didn't do well as I do Didn't do well, didn't do well, do well Love Shaker, mood breaker, liberty taker, love shaker You wandered off into the future, Out on the lonesome road. Far too quickly, so impatient, How could your garden grow ? Didn't do well, didn't do well, Didn't do well as I do Didn't do well, didn't do well, do well Love Shaker, mood breaker, liberty taker, love shaker I don't think so I don't think so I don't think so Love Shaker, Liberty Taker You never listened to your friends then. You went with two left feet. Oh so careless with your laugther. You couldn't keep them sweet. Didn't do well, didn't do well, Didn't do well as I did Didn't do well, didn't do well, do well Love Shaker, mood breaker, liberty taker, love shaker I don't think so I don't think so I don't think so Love Shaker, Liberty Taker

Sublime 03:43
I met a Dutch girl on her way to France, Reading on the road under The cover of a sandwich Ooh Flying I was in a trance The black man in the corner Was the only one to notice me And the beat goes on, I was coming home. There can be nothing more sublime, Than climbing a mountain line by line. I am just a summer, not a river. I'll send you a postcard. The first train that came along Was heading for the centre A central double decker Choo Choo ! Buzzing. I had to check. I didn't put my case on, 'till I checked the destination too. I was on my way. Nothing more to say There can be nothing more sublime Than climbing a mountain line by line. I'm just a summer, not a river I send you a postcard Smoke poured from the chimney stack, And the trains moved out the way As we pulled into the station Woo. So bright, It was painters light. I wore my shades across the central reservation Wow! I was on my own. I was not alone. There can be nothing more sublime Than climbing a mountain line by line I'm just a summer, not a river I'send you a postcard

When you look at me, With a look of love, I can be anyone you want me to be. When you bring me here, I can disappear. I can be anything you want me to be. And when you whisper in my ear, I can't pretend that I'm not here. That I'm not here. I can play guitar, I can hit the strings, Harder than anybody else you've ever seen. When you hold my hand, I can understand, I can be anything you want me to be. And when you whisper in my ear, I can't pretend that I'm not here. Whatever happened to my brilliant career ? I lost all my money. Funny. Money. And you're not here. I can make you scream Louder than anybody else you've ever known. When we're getting on, We can be so strong, Stronger than anybody else you've ever seen. When you whisper in my ear, I can't pretend that you're not here. Whatever happened to my brilliant career ? I lost all my money. Funny. Money. I'm out of here.

Just Hang On 04:15
Inside every big girl, There's a little girl who's trying to get out Inside every big girl, There's a little girl that wants to scream and shout. You want to change it. It's not gonna be easy. Roll back the carpet. Unlock the prison door. If you can just hang on You must be strong, so strong. If you can, just hang on. Just a little bit longer. Inside every big girl, There's a little girl still playing with her hair. Inside every big girl, There's a little girl pretending she don't care. You want to change it. It's not gonna be easy. Roll back the carpet. Unlock the bedroom door. If you can just hang on You must be strong, so strong. If you can just hang on. Just a little bit longer. You can change that. You can change that. Done. Done. Done. Done. Inside every big girl, There's a little girl who's telling me to stop.

So High 04:06
Take me to San Francisco. It's about 6000 miles. And hunt the crazy beautifuls from mind expanding dreams. I should have been a beatnik, but I missed my generation. I wanna to feel the benefits of mind expanding dreams. Can you take me ? I'll charm the flys off your wall. Can you take me ? So high Why are you connected to the moon ? Why do you wanna be contraire ? Why do you want to stay an adolescent all your life ? There's thunder on the hillside. It's got to be a signal. My stomach's full of vitriol. I'm longing to expand. A different way of living without the obligations. Now the raindrops rat-ta-tat-tat on my dirty velux pane. Can you take me ? I'll charm the flys off your wall. Can you take me ? So high. Why are you connected to the moon ? Why do you wanna be contraire ? Why do you want to stay an adolescent all your life ? It's dark and wet and beautiful, 1.30 in the morning, I'm naked, and I'm thoughtful, And I'm almost satisfied. I've used up lots of chances. But my black cats name is Otis. And she's lent me two of her lives 'till I get one of my own

Animal 05:07
Excuse me for asking. Why can't you put that gun away ? I might be mistaken. Where was this picture taken ? A pistol in your pocket, A mortar in your car. An eye squeezed from a socket Like a tadpole in a jar. Boyzee sez It's because we're all animals. Excuse me for laughing. But I can't take you seriously. We're all so discusted While you defy the laws of justice. Did it make your cock swell ? Did it give such a buzz When you lined them up against the wall And you made them shit themselves. Boyzee sez It's because we're all animals. All the people on the outside All the people on the inside too. All the people on the outside Giving it to me, Giving it to you. Excuse for me for dreaming. But I heard a baby screaming just then. I know it's all over But I still have to run for cover. I'm just a news reporter with a dirty job to do. I tried to be objective but I can't with scum like you Boyzee sez It's because we're all animals.

Went into the pub. I was looking for a girl called Julia. I looked for a chair. I wondered why I felt so stupid. There are no cuts on me. So who's the one to bleed ? I thought of H.I.V. I had blood on my hands. In this day and age You really can't be too careful. I washed off my hands and found a different table. The hard man at the bar, With a medal tooth and stare. I recognised it there. He had blood on his hands. OOO WAH WAH WAH OOO ! Her coffee was strong. I was sweating when the girl came over. Something was wrong I didn't dare look over my shoulder. I only came to ask,if she would sing with us I was confident enough she had no blood on her hands. There was a simple explanation Blood on her hands There was the perfect combination Blood on her hands

Jennifer was an angel In a clothing store. There was a fragrance I know there was an angle present. Something like Gardenia, Would be there every time I'd seen her. But she kept her wings under cover, Maybe she saved it for her lover's eyes only. For her lover's eyes. Callaghan was a builder From the site next door. He was over powered The moment that he smelt the flowers. Something like Gardenia Whould be there every time I'd seen her. But she kept her wings under cover Maybe she saved it for her lover's eyes only. For her lover's eyes. Don't tell me I'm in love For the first time. Don't tell me I'm in love At last I really can't believe in romance. Tell me I was wrong Callaghan had fallen From the seventh floor. His eyes were open And not a single bone was broken. Essence of Gardenia, Had been there in his rear view mirror. She kept her wings under cover, Maybe she saved it for her lover's eyes only. For her lover's eyes

Can you make love without your mouse? Why do you never want to leave your house? How is your life beyond that screen, With perfect strangers looking in? My eyes are dry I need a drink. Switch off that terminal machine I can't communicate with you at all. You must have felt better, When you read my letter Say it don't matter. Tell me about that. You must think I'm stupid. Believing in cupid I just want to prove it. What d'you think about that ? Love is strong But it's not strong enough To bring us to our senses. Love is strong But it's not strong enough For the fighting princess. And has escaping from your cage, Into this jungle cyberspace, Produced the freedom that you need, Or are you lonelier than I'll ever be ? Instead of speaking on the phone, You should be driving into town And making me a happy man again. There are people out there Who are paralysed. But that don't stop them getting around. There are people out there Who are mesmerised. But they've still got their feet on the ground The cafe is closing in an hour Will you come out and join me now ? There must be more to life than this. I wanna show you what it is. And as the wine is soaking in, Fat lady plays the violin. Just like the way it's always been before.

"I don't believe in ifs this is how it is." Said the man who gave his baby away. His girlfriend said It was too early in their lives for a child. He had no say. So he cried as his life was not worth anything. He loved the child and wanted him, But the girl was determined to show. She was unconventional. She was always prepared to be selfish and strange. And now the child has go. "I don't believe in ifs. This is how it is." Said the man who gave his baby away. His girlfriend said It was too early in their lives for a child. He wouldn't say. And he cried when they asked him Why he changed his mind. He was not prepared to stand up to her. So what was this man gonna do? She had never thought about All the trouble and pain She was putting him through. She just smiled at the T.V. crew. Little baby, don't you cry. Sing yourself a lullaby. If a baby gets to choose Thank your the lucky stars She won't get you. And he cried. 'cos his life had not been beautiful. He loved the child and he wanted to give All of the love that was due. She was still in wonderland. She was staring And no one could tropple her now. And still the man looked on. "I don't believe in ifs. This is how it is." Said the man who gave his baby away. His girlfriend said It was too early in their lives for a child. He had no say. And he cried And his life was not worth anything. 'Cos he loved the child and he wanted him. Oh what is this man gonna do ?

I'm a magpie. I pick up anything that shines. I never miss a single opportunity To strengthen my immunity. Everyone has one great story to tell. Everyone has one great story, I'll wait until they give it to me I'm a reptile. I can't do nothing till I'm warm. And recently you find me lying naked in the sunshine, Just waiting for it ! Everyone has one great lover, Maybe they will not discover. I'm a reptile Never in my life Have I felt so sure. Never in my life could I hope for more. Hoping and dreaming My time will come. I don't care about anyone ! I'm a beetle. If you squash me, it'll rain. If you flip over on my back I'll have a lot of trouble getting up again. Everyone has one great lover in their life. Everyone has one great lover, Maybe they will not discover I'm a reptile yeah I'm a reptile yeah I'm a magpie, It will steal it, take it, Reptile it will do it, break it, Reptile and if you squash me, it'll rain

Kill the engine. And wind up the window. Turn your radio down. Write your name in the condensation And wonder where you went wrong. And you followed me up Like a fast fading dream in clear water. And you followed me up like a well meaning ghost. Like a well meaning ghost Take your map out, and find direction. Never look in the mirror Just put yourself in the gear. We were friends, we were children. Our lives became distance. It's a forgone conclusion, We'll never get out of here. And you followed me. We were friends, we were children. Our lives became distance It's a far gone conclusion We'll never get out of here. And you followed me

Cool Enough 04:36
I've been worshipping the sun, Now all the summer heat is gone. I've flown too close, Close to the edge And now the mist is moving in. There's no more sunshine on my skin. Our love's grown cold, Our love's grown cold But I'm still cool enough. Don't tell me I'm not cool enough. Don't tell me I'm not cool enough for you. All of the time. All of the time. From my navel to my brain, I need those ultraviolet rays, Right down to the bone, Down to the bone. And so I'm staring out to sea. Until the answer comes to me. Then I'll come home, Home when I'm sure. That I'm still cool enough. I'm still cool enough. Don't tell me I'm not cool enough. Don't tell me I'm not cool enough for you. All of the time. All of the time. Yeah. Don't wanna talk about it Don't wanna talk about it Over and over and over and over
